Article 23 asked the voters to approve the most recent land purchase proposal to help round out the Town’s 900-acre Punkhorn Parklands. The Town Open Space Committee was able to negotiate a bargain price ($114,000) on a 3.29-acre building lot surrounded on three sides by town conservation land on Black Duck Cartway.
