Join BCT as we welcome special guest – Russell Norton!
Proper pruning requires knowledge of how woody plants grow and respond to pruning. This knowledge base will help you make informed pruning cuts and pruning decisions, promoting healthy long lived woody plants. This VIRTUAL presentation will cover in detail how to prune small trees and shrubs.
Russell Norton is an Extension Educator for the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension and UMass Extension’s Landscape, Nursery and Urban Forestry program. Russell provides technical expertise to agriculture and horticulture industries and the public. He has a long history of education and experience working with ornamentals and agricultural crops, and a passion for pruning.
