Russ Cohen - Wing Island through the marsh

Edible Plants Walk on June 17 at 5 pm
Join the Brewster Conservation Trust and the Dennis Conservation Land Trust for an edible walk with Russ Cohen, the renowned forager. Russ will lead the group on a search for local edible plants found on Cape Cod along the Wing Island Trail in Brewster.  Russ Cohen, naturalist and wild foods enthusiast, grew up in Weston, Ma., where he spent much of his free time in the woods, thereby cultivating a strong spiritual connection to nature.  Learn more about Russ at: http://users.rcn.com/eatwild/bio.htm
